Quality Issues & 1-Year Warranty
All products purchased from our website are covered by a 1-year warranty. If a product develops a quality issue under normal use during the warranty period, please contact us with relevant photos or videos for evaluation.

If the issue is confirmed to be a product quality defect (non-human damage), we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a return and refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Situations
